The infinity pool at Torre San Bartolo is one of the estate's defining features. Perched on the hillside terrace, the water forms a seamless horizon line above the olive groves and the glittering Adriatic below. At 12 × 5 metres, the heated pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the villa — there are no towel reservations, no strangers, no queue for sun loungers.

Spend lazy mornings basking in the early sun, take a dip at golden hour when the hills turn amber, or swim under a canopy of stars. Poolside sun loungers, umbrellas, towels and a chilled drinks service are provided at no extra charge. A private outdoor dining table sits at the water's edge — perfect for candlelit dinners served by our in-villa chef.
